THE LAMB BATON METHOD
Developed by Arthur Lamb in 1969. I consider it one of the best baton system. He breaks it up into 7 "Phases" and the use of fakes is to me GENIUS!!!

FFS CLASS UPDATE
FFS CLASS UPDATE
HUGE THANKS to Simon Kang.
He ALREADY supplied us with all the protective helmets and gloves.
I mentioned to him,the gear puts a whole new dimension to class teaching.
The numbers are slowly growing to the point that a couple of students missed out last week.
SOOOOOOOOO...... Simon decided to invest in ANOTHER half dozen helmets and gloves. That's 12 helmets and gloves in total.
WHAT A GREAT MAN!!!!!!!!
I didn't think it was possible to teach FFS in a class environment. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks
